Hi, I'm Ali — a Portland-based graphic designer and art director specializing in print media and editorial layout. With a wide-ranging background in publishing, printing, and the arts, I’ve produced creative work to promote everything from gallery exhibitions to fundraising galas. I have been an art director for the Westchester County Business Journal, WAG Magazine, and currently for Oregon Home Magazine, the state's leading shelter publication. What I enjoy most about editorial design is visual problem-solving: combining images, typography, and copy in just the right way to make a print or digital piece instantly engaging.
